These photos illustrate the Personal Shopping Service. This consists of purchasing furniture and accessories to be used to stage™ the home to be sold, and later moved to the new home.

An urban loft was staged with these sharply contrasting and visually appealing contemporary furnishings. Accents were created by reversing the pillow shams and covering a throw pillow with a flannel scrap. Angled for added interest, the bed answers a typical buyer’s question: Is the room large enough for a queen size bed?

Creating an elegant bathroom is as simple as purchasing a new shower curtain, rod, hooks, towels, and silk plants, and installing a carpet remnant over the old vinyl floor.

A four bedroom home, located in a neighborhood with many children, was staged to bring gleeful responses from prospective “owners” when they saw a favorite friend, SpongeBob SquarePants!
